Asian style sausage stir fry

We all have those lazy days where we just want to not prepare an elaborate recipe and this is exactly for one of those days my dear friends. The days you want to curl up and when you are ready to just spend 10 minutes in front of the kitchen counter. I need to come up with more of such quick and easy recipes to save myself through the winter days when coming out of your blanket is the toughest thing to do on some gloomy days.

Winter is also a special season – somehow I like it for some reasons more than summer. Specially Christmas is in winter and it makes it feel more special. Winter is also about loads of hot drinks, hot chocolate, the magical snow falling and so on. So the gloominess can easily be negated by these and hence winter is my favourite season minus the bitter cold days of January. Also in winter the sun comes out hardly for 5 to 6 hours in this part of the world.

Sausages are made out of chicken, pork, beef, turkey etc even though even vegetarian sausages are now in the market but I haven’t tried them yet. It was a regular during school days in Kuwait either in the form of hot dog or sausage rolls. Its available in different forms in the market mainly either as frankfurters or cocktail sausages. Since its quick and easy to whip up, this has become a favourite since a while.

This recipe is an Asian style version of sausage stir fry using some spices and sauces which can be done in less than 10 minutes.

Here goes the recipe

Ingredients

Sausages – Cocktail sausages 15 to 20 in number/ Frankfurters (4 to 5 sliced into small pieces)
