Ingredients
Prawns – 500 grams
Marination
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Crushed black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste – 1/2 tsp
Salt – to taste
Ghee – 2 tbsp
Onions – 1 large thinly sliced
Tomato – 1 medium chopped finely
Coriander powder – 1 tbsp
Kashmiri chilli powder – 1 tbsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves – a sprig
STEPS
Marinate prawns with turmeric powder, crushed black pepper powder , ginger garlic paste and salt for 20 minutes
Heat a pan when hot add in ghee .
Add sliced onion , tomatoes and marinated prawns along with coriander powder, Kashmiri chilli powder and garam masala.
Add some curry leaves too for flavour.
Close lid and cook on medium for few minutes and then open it and cook till it gets a roast consistency on medium high flame .
Add in some more gheee if needed in between if it’s drying out.
