Condensed milk cream and jelly pudding

INGREDIENTS

Condensed milk – 1 tin 

Whole milk – 1 tin (same as condensed milk)

Extra thick cream – 1 small tin 

Gelatin –  1 1/2 sachet 

Hot Water – 1/4 cup 

Pineapple slices – cut to small pieces 1/4 cup 

Jelly – I packet 

STEPS

Dissolve the gelatine in hot water well till all the granules have dissolved well. 

Mix the condensed milk , cream and whole milk together with the dissolved gelatin in a mixer jar. 

Pour the mixture in a bowl and keep in refrigerator to set well . 

When slightly set, add in small pineapple pieces on top and let it set fully by keeping it back in refrigerator. 

Make the jelly as per the instructions on the packet.

You can now either set the jelly in a seperate tray or dish for 30 min to 1 hour in refrigerator and use it seperately over the cream pudding 

OR

Pour the jelly liquid over the set pudding gently with a big spoon. Keep it back in refrigerator for 30 min to 1 hour for the jelly to set as well. Do follow the instructions on the jelly packet for further info regarding the time duration for the jelly to set properly as it can vary between brands. 

Now take it out from the refrigerator and serve chilled in bowls
